Natalija combines powerful, grounding yoga with anatomical precision, breathwork and mindfulness to help busy yogis feel balanced and steady - yet strong, energized and deeply at home in their bodies.
A dedicated practitioner for nearly 20 years, she has been teaching and mentoring students for many years, guiding them beyond “just doing asana” into a sustainable, real-life practice that supports the nervous system, builds resilience, and creates true inner stability.
Based between Zurich and Mallorca, Natalija teaches Hatha Yoga, meridian-based movement, pranayama, meditation and chanting - and holds space through classes, retreats and 1:1 support for those who crave depth, not performance.
