What if we could go beyond the individual shapes and let movement, breath, music and Community lead us to a state of meditation in motion? Can we be in the midst of action & cultivate quietness within? Or be in the stillness of the body & observe the fluctuations of the mind & breath without needing to interfere?
This class is an invitation to go with the flow of what is, to be present with yourself, others & the surrounding space. Opening meditation, creative Vinyasa flow & a soothing relaxation will be the ingredients of this journey together, supported by carefully curated music.
