Let go of weight and responsibilities carried mostly on the backside. We will create space in the upper back and release tension in the lower back. Various soothing shoulder and neck moves combined with gentle twists and mini backbends will guide us to find freedom in our spine.
Deep and healing breath is the foundation to feel into the body and figure out what works for you.
Options will be given for inversions. This class also offers core work. No experience necessary. Not suitable for pregnant or up to 6 months postpartum.
